Hi, I am Adam Berlin.  I have lived in Colorado since 1981 and have enjoyed all the great outdoor activities the Rocky Mountains have to offer… skiing, hunting, kayaking and camping.

I have been running my home remodeling business along side with my wife, Kelly, for some time now.  I first got into construction to help pay my way through college.  Started out as a house painter and worked my way into home repairs and remodels.  I have a degree in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in teaching from Colorado State University.  I enjoyed my teaching experience at Highlands Ranch High School and Cherry Creek School District.  But, I kept finding my passion pulling me towards the construction industry.  And therefore, I ventured down that avenue.  Regardless, I find I still use my teaching skills constantly with my clients and employees.  (Whew… college paid off after all!) 

To date, I have been in construction and handyman work for over 15 years.  In recent years, I have focused my home remodeling business on improving kitchens, bathrooms and basements. 

Upon an initial meeting with homeowners, my goal is to find out the specific nature and long-term needs of their home remodeling projects.  I use my experience to help them make the ideal decisions to meet their needs with respect of their return of investment.  For example, a homeowner can start with an easy, but powerful improvement what I call “adding jewelry”, which is installing new hardware to existing cabinets.  Or I may help a homeowner by banishing the 1950’s “avocado & pink” from their bathroom and transform their space into an amazing oasis resembling a spa.

I often work with the Realtors to assist their clients in selling their home or updating a new home after purchase.  Additionally, I have worked with Real Estate Investors with a Fix-n-Flip or preparing a property for rent.

I enjoy helping everyone from the simple, “freshen-ups” of a small project to the full-gut jobs of a grand kitchen remodel.  But, my greatest reward in being in this business is seeing the end result, especially the smiles on my client’s faces!
