Adam Berlin

A Colorado resident since 1981 and an avid outdoorsman, Adam first got into construction to help pay his way through college at Colorado State University. He started out on a crew painting houses and worked his way into becoming a talented and highly experienced home remodeler. To date, Adam has been in construction and handyman work for over 18 years. His goal is to find out the specific nature and long-term needs of his client's home remodeling projects. He helps homeowners make ideal decisions to meet their desires while respecting their return on investment.

Adam says, "My greatest reward in being in this business is seeing the end result, especially the smiles on my client’s faces!"

Kelly Berlin

Kelly became co-owner of Maverick Home Remodeling Inc in 2004 and handles all administrative and marketing services for the company. With years of mortgage industry experience, Kelly understands the importance of  real estate ROI. In addition to loving what she does, Kelly has developed several businesses and has worked extensively in Human Resources. She is experienced in working with industrial and construction clients.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications, Kelly believes in "renewing lives by renewing the home" and making clients' visions a reality.
